Abstract – The paper considers current status and challenges for creating nanostructured sheet-like chemosorbents for air cleaning and regeneration in habitable airtight volumes. It has been shown that using the nanostructured sheet-like chemosorbents can significantly improve a series of technical characteristics of the developed chemical devices for air revitalization of life support systems in enclosed compartments.

Keywords: nanostructured chemosorbents, purification and regeneration of air, life support system.
