Abstract – The main elements of chemical hazard reporting as outlined in in the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union “On the safety of chemical products” (EAEU TR 041/2017), as well as its correlation with the existing regulations on various types of chemical products, are considered. A comparative analysis of the compliance of the structure of the Safety Data Sheet for chemical products adopted in the Russian Federation with the requirements of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and the Recommendations of the Council of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, has been carried out.
